About Organizational Account (USCIS)

<p>When using the USCIS online system, an employer (or its representative) must create an account. There are different types: for the H-1B registration, employers use a 'registrant' account, now renamed the <b>organizational account</b>.</p><p>This allows multiple users from the company to manage filings. Through this account in March, employers submit H-1B registrations.</p><p>USCIS also expanded online filing – organizational accounts can file:</p><ul><li>I-129s online</li><li>I-907s online</li></ul><p>It's distinct from an individual applicant account or attorney account.</p>
